We hear many calls each day from people seeking reassurance that a business can perform the service they need with minimal risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus.

To reassure customers, and to provide safety to employees and customers alike, we recommend that all our customers follow the CDC guidelines for businesses. We also recommend that you prepare your dispatchers to be able to answer the following questions that we hear most frequently on our call recordings:

  • What personal protection equipment will the technician wear?
  • Will the area be sanitized once the job is complete?
  • How do you monitor the health of your technicians?
  • Has anyone at your business been diagnosed with COVID-19?
  • Can I pay over the phone or online?
