Our Story
Goodzer was founded in 2010 by Artem Zarutskiy and Dmitry Pakhomkin, with the mission of helping local businesses find more customers and grow. Initially, the company focused on bringing more foot traffic to local retail stores by making their inventory easily discoverable online, which was achieved by a proprietary data aggregation technology developed by the two founders. After launching the most comprehensive local product search engine covering the entire United States in 2011, the team started working on extending Goodzer's technology to include local service businesses.
Recognizing the potential in the service industry, the company created an automated ad campaign management system to continuously optimize and generate call leads. The newly developed system grew fast and demonstrated the highest impact in the home service industry. Following this success, the team decided to focus exclusively on providing call leads and launched a self-serve platform exclusively for local businesses in 2016.
Throughout the next several years, Goodzer's exclusive inbound call leads thrived, standing out as high-quality and ROI-focused in an industry known for low quality, shared leads. With the success of its service in the U.S., Goodzer expanded into Canada in 2020. In 2021, Goodzer call leads' quality and reliability were further solidified as the company became a Nexstar Partner, reaching Nexstar's membership of over 800 HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical home service providers.
In 2024, Goodzer recognized the need to better leverage the emerging AI technology to help customers go beyond simply obtaining high-quality call leads and, instead, truly analyze and maximize their ROI from their call leads. Thus, RocketView was launched – a robust analytical tool that uses the latest AI technology along with Goodzer's extensive data to guide customers on everything from the best service areas to target to which value propositions resonate the best with their callers.
Today, Goodzer is a key call lead provider for many local service businesses in the United States and Canada from one-location operations to the largest national brands.

Artem co-founded Goodzer in 2010 and originally served as its CTO until becoming the CEO in 2016. With his background in computer science and artificial intelligence, he is passionate about applying technology to solving real-world problems.
Dmitry Pakhomkin
President & Co-founder
Dmitry has over 25 years of experience leading the design and development of information systems for high-tech startups. Prior to co-founding Goodzer in 2010, he led IT at Intrinsic, a semiconductor company acquired by Cree Inc.
Lori Faunce
Head of Marketing
Lori began her marketing career at a digital startup in the education industry, later acquired by Halyard Capital. In 2008 at hibu, she found her passion for building products that help local businesses grow and continued that mission as Head of Marketing for Goodzer since 2015.

Kevin has extensive experience in marketing and search engine advertising for businesses with a local footprint. Since 2018, Kevin has helped maximize the conversions and growth for all Goodzer customers and is continually working to optimize each campaign for the best ROI possible.
